あの瞬間。僕は直感に突き動かされ東北へ向かった。
震災直後の現場で防寒着を手渡しながら無数の写真も残したが未だ心の整理がつかず発表はしていない。
その直後、僕はロンドンのど真ん中で「Hope : 希望」というインスタレーション作品を発表した。
その時、指に刺した「Smile」は、あの瞬間を片時も忘れぬよう自分自身へ向け残したメッセージ。
下記は。2011年当時、僕の作品を見たイギリス人ジャーナリストがメディアに掲載してくれたコメント。
the artist, MADBUNNY, elaborated an art on the ground, as we can see,
one part represent a flower field. Placed side by side, chaotic ruins has got a destructive effect. 
I was moved and surprised to read the title of this art
“ Hope ” totally linked with the current “act of God” in Japan.
While news on TV, Radio and Newspaper can be less objective, with the willing to make this japanese Installation a too emotive Art, without real information and hindsight, I can trust in artists for transcribing again an event. Art makes us think, by ourselves, about our world, the show, without manipulation. That is one of the greatest and most beautiful things we can find in watching an exhibition. We went out and we feel more aware, more doubtful about the journalists who can easily hide the truth. Yes, this Japanese event was dramatic, but let us think that it is still possible for a Nation like Japan, to build, organize and develop again a society thanks to substainable and natural means,in order to make the Nature talk again…
